We sell the following products in bulk or bagged from the current years crop if still available, or from grower contracts for next seasons crops.

Faba Beans

Lupins

Sweet Lupins (Lupinis albus)

This is the bulk of the Australian crop and all the bitter components (alkaloids) have been bred out.  These "beans" do not require 3 days of soaking under running water for human consumption but will still require boiling.  Size ranges are generally from 7 - 13 mm from the field and require grading to provide a minimum size batch. For higher sizes the quantities per graded batch may be low and the prices are accordingly substantially higher.

Bitter Lupins (Lupinus albus) for Human Consumption Only

These are available under grower contract for next seasons crop for quantities greater than 60 tonnes.  We have a limited supply only of these in sizes 12-14 mm, 14-16, and very small quantities above this size.

Narrow Leaf Lupins (Lupinus augustifolia)

These are usually used for stock feed.

Chickpea

Dessi 

Orders of minimum size 100 tonnes

Kabuli

Lentils

Mung Beans,  Adzuki Beans etc.

These are often grown under contract, so if you want them in large volumes  then we will have to contract the growers.  Small shipments of up to 100-150 tonnes if you advise us early enough before harvest or immediately after harvest in late summer early Autumn.
